Becca Zamora has a Master’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and is currently working toward her doctorate in clinical psychology at Azusa Pacific University. She has a passion for helping children and adolescents build healthy coping skills and emotional resilience. Becca has experience leading group therapy sessions for adolescents in local schools, focusing on topics like managing stress, conflict resolution, and making positive choices—especially for those facing mental health or substance use challenges. She’s also well-versed in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), having coached adolescents through tough moments, helped them learn practical skills for handling emotions, and worked closely with families and other professionals to support their progress. Becca’s background includes working with children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities, both as a caregiver and as a volunteer. She’s fluent in Spanish and is comfortable working with families from all backgrounds, making sure everyone feels welcome and understood. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each child’s unique needs. She’s committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where children and families can thrive.
